A choice vine was planted in the vineyard, representing the House of Israel. We build enduring faith in Jesus Christ by making the Book of Mormon accessible, comprehensible, and defensible to the entire world. Of course, you can judge all you want, but you had better be sure that you are judging righteously, because whatever standard of judgment you use, that will be used to judge you. Isaiah did not sit down and write all of this in one sitting.
